Annual Fee Subscription

The Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) pays for most of your medically necessary healthcare needs.  However, there are a growing list of many time-intensive, uninsured services for which OHIP does not compensate family physicians. Some of these services include emails, prescription renewals over the phone or fax, sick notes, forms, and TB tests. As opposed to a pay-for-service basis, we suggest subscribing to the valuable Annual Fee Program. This program is optional and choosing not to participate will not impact your access to care. You may always call our office to receive care.

This is an annual subscription service. See what’s included and pricing below.

Once you sign-up for our annual fee service, you’ll have unlimited access to:

  • Unlimited prescription renewal requests via phone, email and fax with medication review

  • Ability to contact our office via email for appointment requests and administrative questions only

  • Sick or return to work notes
