If you have contacted our office due to an episodic medical condition (i.e. sore throat, ear ache, urinary tract infection, cough, etc.) and we are unable to offer a same day or next day appointment, you can be seen at the Rapids Access to Care Center (subject to availability). It is located in the same building as our office, 481 London Road.

This is not a walk-in clinic - you must call 519-491-6188 for an appointment.

Patients are able to access the centre during the following hours:

Mondays to Thursdays 8:00am-4:30pm

Fridays 8:00am-Noon

Saturdays 8:00am-1:00pm
